We hide A Renault small SUV for four days in it done approximately 4000 K, so was in good condition. The only annoying factor was a rattle in the drivers door. The service at the counter was good and fast as was the shuttle to the airport The right was okay cheaper than most but like everything these days too expensive. The only other negative comment that I would make is that their shuttle service only goes between their base and the airport. They don’t pick up or drop off at hotels. I know a lot of higher car companies only do that these days but Some will do the hotel pick up and return.
Best rental company in Melbourne
I have been using ECCR every time I travel to Melbourne. The experience was always great on the previous occasions and this time was no exception. Staff were friendly and quick and we got our two cars within 20 minutes. As we chose zero liability the staff did not even go through the cars with us and told us to just drive off. Returning was a breeze also. Just handed the keys to a guy after we parked and all good.
East Coast Cars is a great service and I'll use them again.
I've never used East Coast Cars before and so it was a gamble. I couldn't have been happier. From the pick up at the aiport to collection of the car, and then drop off and lift back 6 days later, I couldn't rate it highly enough. We ended up with what I think is a better car than I had booked (Mitsubishi ASX instead of a MG ZS). The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, with clear communication on how to find the pick up point at the airport and also the drop off procedure. It was a great price for a great service and I will definitely use them again.

Exceptional service
The service from the team behind the counter was exceptional, especially the lovely lady who checked us in and out. Very friendly and accommodating. The gentleman who transported us to and from the airport was also chatty, informative and helpful. Cars came clean and pleasant to drive. Highly recommend!

Well done!
During a recent trip to Queensland we rented a Hybrid Corolla from East Coast for five days. The vehicle was well maintained and perfect for our needs, staff were very friendly also. The airport shuttle was well run, prompt and convenient. We will definitely use East Coast for future trips.

Great experience
This is second time I hired car from east coast and this was for 35 days. Booking was easy, excellent help and great package negotiated. Good car condition. Hassle free driving. There was slight hiccup at drop off , but was resolved when raised objection to my satisfaction. Looking forward to have many more trips woth east coast.
