We hide A Renault small SUV for four days in it done approximately 4000 K, so was in good condition. The only annoying factor was a rattle in the drivers door. The service at the counter was good and fast as was the shuttle to the airport The right was okay cheaper than most but like everything these days too expensive. The only other negative comment that I would make is that their shuttle service only goes between their base and the airport. They don’t pick up or drop off at hotels. I know a lot of higher car companies only do that these days but Some will do the hotel pick up and return.
Best rental company in Melbourne
I have been using ECCR every time I travel to Melbourne. The experience was always great on the previous occasions and this time was no exception. Staff were friendly and quick and we got our two cars within 20 minutes. As we chose zero liability the staff did not even go through the cars with us and told us to just drive off. Returning was a breeze also. Just handed the keys to a guy after we parked and all good.
East Coast Cars is a great service and I'll use them again.
I've never used East Coast Cars before and so it was a gamble. I couldn't have been happier. From the pick up at the aiport to collection of the car, and then drop off and lift back 6 days later, I couldn't rate it highly enough. We ended up with what I think is a better car than I had booked (Mitsubishi ASX instead of a MG ZS). The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, with clear communication on how to find the pick up point at the airport and also the drop off procedure. It was a great price for a great service and I will definitely use them again.

Ronnie the driver great review of Hobart
Ronnie and Tom the coach drivers gave us a rundown on Hobart what was on and where to go as Tasmanians we knew the speel but for first timers a comical introduction. Check in can be a little slow and a vending machine or a coffee station would be great. But all in all a good job

This was my first time using East Coast and it was such a friendly and reliable service. Price was great, car was fantastic (Honda CRV) and staff were very helpful. Prompt, efficient. Bus shuttle from the airport was excellent.

High quality car hire company
I'd never heard of this company before using them but been significantly cheaper than the big international hire companies, I thought I'd give them a try. So glad I did, photo instructions were fantastic to get us to the pick up zone in an unfamiliar airport ✅ Check-in was easy and clear, with a nice cheerful and chatty assistant ✅. Car was clean and pretty close to been new ✅. 3 weeks later hand-in was equally easy, and lift back to the airport straight away ✅. Fantastic service, and will definitely use next time we're back in Australia.

Best value for money
Everything was great from start to finish. Shuttle picked us from the airport to the rental. We received the chosen model of car and it was almost brand new. Counter staff service was efficient and so was return. I tried calling the hotline to inform them that we would extend the rental by a day and both the paid and toll free lines kept me on wait for as long as 15mins and I gave up. Otherwise, it’s a five star.

The arrangements & instructions for…car Hire from Brisbane airport
The arrangements & instructions for pick up at the Brisbane Airport were easy to follow. The bus and driver were waiting at the pickup point. Air conditioned bus took us to the car collection depot. Staff were friendly and the pick up was an easy process. Returning the car and transporting back to airport was seamless and I would certainly use them again.
