I bought my car a little over 2 months…
I bought my car a little over 2 months ago from the drivetime in Lewisville. The person who sold me the car did an amazing job, but now my car is inoperable due to a loose bolt from the motor mount causing the engine to shift back and cut a hole in my a/c line. I have contacted the warranty (SilverRock) and was advised that the repairs are not covered! I have been back and forth with them about how per the technician i had check my car stated that the bolt was not put on correctly before i purchased the vehicle and i am not at fault. Yet still can not get the repairs covered. Reached out to drivetime via chat and was immediately brushed off by the rep and was told to contact silverRock. Once i advised I’ve already done that was brushed off again and told to contact another number. I am VERY disappointed at the lack of compassion and accountability for this issue!
