The car sells woman was very great had me very confident in everything i wanted. They were very nice and gave me everything I wanted with my car search. It did not take long to finalize the car sell.
I purchased my vehicle and had a great experience with the staff. I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness, which is extremely important to me when making such purchases. Sold me a car that broke with in a year and I’m stuck with it !!! They are a bunch of scammers …. I am screwed out of getting a new car or any car in general . I am so stupid to believe them ! I am disgusted how they do business … A certified car dealership told me that they are a bunch of scammers they don’t inspect the cars they are from an auto auction… and as long as they run they sell them . I am pregnant and now screwed out of getting a car … thanks for ruining everything !
I really love drive time I brought my Prius years ago and I decided for a change and I had paid off for it now I have a Kia soul love it!!I recommend everyone go there when this one is paid off I will buy from them again they fit you with the right one

Me and my son went in there in the middle of the day sun is piping hot no one is in there they took his drivers license and then told us we need to sit and wait till somebody comes to us for 10 minutes why there was no one else in the entire building when you go to a car dealership somebody comes to you at least walk you to the cars to choose why were you sitting in the waiting room with no one there
My car was located in Florida I’m from GA. Everything went extremely smooth I appreciate the level of service they provide. This is my second dealership purchase and this was one of the best purchases I’ve made. I could have went for lowering my monthly payments but all in all 10/10. Great warranty also I will ALWAYS SHOP WITH DRIVETIME 💚
Finally got my application to go through from being locked from moving,then was told to come in and bring a cosigner because my disability check wasn't enough and that my credit was good but needed more income so I took my son in law as a cosigner and after going in about 5 times we were told that my son in laws application as a cosigner was locked because we shared the same prior address .funny how my application was locked for the same reason and I had to wait 45 days to get an approval and now I was told that my son in law had to wait 45 days for his approval to be unlocked and then we can proceed in buying a car,my credit is at a 635 and it's funny how a person with a credit score of 400 can go in and buy a car with no problems.fk drivetime for wasting my time and I went to a real car lot and got approved right away.do yourselves a big favor and go somewhere else,your going to pay triple what the car is worth and if it breaks ,good luck with trying to get it fixed and no longer car and you still going to pay on it regardless if they fix it or not.
Was told one thing on the phone. Get there and was told the total opposite. They'll tell you anything to get you in there. Unprofessional!

Friendly, professional and courteous staff from the agent (Amenah) who helped with everything from choosing a car to guiding me through all of the paperwork. The manager assisted throughout the entire process and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase.
The folks at tyler ,tx location were amaziing from start to finish. Miguel and Draylon( please forgive if i spelt it wrong) they made the experience smooth and stress free. Ms. Jones that finished up the paperwork with us made sure we understood everyrhing. I highly recommend them.

Go in, got greated by Tex right away. He even offered the snack station. That was a big plus. Tex helped me all the way through the process. And I absolutely love the Ford Escape I got! Will definitely be referring and going back.
