Nightmare Experience

Nightmare Experience – Delayed, Faulty, and Missed Work Ordered my DJI Osmo Pocket 3 with next-day delivery — it took over 2 weeks to arrive. When it finally came, the camera didn’t work and had to be sent back for repair. I was told a replacement would arrive yesterday but the courier (DPD) never showed up. I urgently needed it for a VIP event and have now lost paid work because of all these delays. DJI told me they can’t do anything and that it’s stuck at a depot. Absolutely no accountability, and the experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing for a working creative. Due to the repeated failures in my service and the delay caused by both DJI and their chosen courier, I expect compensation or a resolution that acknowledges the financial impact this has caused. As I brought this in the uk I’m protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
