Very pleased with my recent experience with DIY Spare Parts. I contacted Jon and his team to order some parts for a Stihl 2-stroke blower and a Stihl Kombi engine. Not only did Jon and his team have the parts available, he was also able to add an additional item that I required to my order, before shipping it to me. The parts are genuine, priced competitively and were shipped in a careful manner as to ensure they were not damaged in transit. Long way to travel from England to Australia, so I am thoroughly pleased with my experience. Why buy new when you can repair old engines and breathe new life into them. Just bought a pull cord for an old mountfield mirage 18 and can’t believe the help and advice I got from Colin. Talked me through the whole procedure from getting the model number to how to re tension the unit and what safety precautions to take. Bearing in mind this is a 27 year old engine and the cord was less than £5, his friendly professional help was incredible. Fantastic person and company, can’t recommend them highly enough

I recently purchased a recoil clutch removal tool from this company for a briggs and stratton engine and cannot recommend them or the tool highly enough . The service you receive in regards to being kept informed and despatch time is great and the product itself is sturdy/ does what it's meant to and is also the cheapest you will find. A great faultless company.

Very good personal service, I had a slight issue with the part supplied that was sorted with the minimum of fuss.

Item was shown to be in stock after 4 working days. Sent an email to find out where it is. Got an email back with a Tracking number which you could not Sign in to Finally got an email back to say they had to order it in would be the best part of another week.

It's froude. They don't respond to anything, not to an email. Not on a completed web form and worst of all, I still haven't received the ordered products after 5 weeks and I have no way to reach them. I've lost my money. They're scammers. Never order anything here!

I recently ordered a part and waited some time for it. After some time passed, I sent out an email to get the status of the order. It took some time for DIY to get back to me. They did respond and explained to me that the part was out of stock. At the time of their response, I no longer needed the part and they cancelled the order and informed me that they would refund me. I received the refund. I can only hope they can overcome the understaff situation as I find them to be an honorable company.
