Was easy to find the parts required with the use of the excellent parts diagram's which DIY have of which can be expanded to give an in-depth view of what your looking for .Then just adding to the ordering basket. Then placing the order. The only thing is having to wait for the order to arrive about a month from ordering to delivery. But did get everything which was ordered which was well packaged . Great service, excellent advice, rapid delivery to France. I ordered the parts for my Kioritz Echo strimmer, which were initially on back order from Echo UK, in early April. Jon Harrison deserves special mention for expediting my order and advising me to re-direct my order through DiYspareparts.com, who dealt with export and customs paperwork & customs clearance into France (bloody Brexit!). Delivery via Royal Mail and La Poste tracked international service took barely a week; parts arrived this lunchtime (19th April), the parts took less than 5 minutes to fit and the machine has been put to full use this afternoon. Also noteworthy are DiYspareparts' illustrated parts lists which are clear, made it easy to identify the parts I needed and corresponding reference numbers were accurate and easy to use. Excellent all-round service, prompt delivery at a reasonable price.
I had been surfing the Web for days without success. I requested information from DIY. Within minutes I received a reply and the item ordered. All I had to do was accept the order and arrange payment. This I did and soon had an e-mail to tell me the order was in processing and I would be informed of despatch. I consider this to be the best such experience I have had in years.
Ordered a part two weeks ago. Still hasn’t arrived and no correspondence at all to update on the order. I could have ordered elsewhere and it would have arrived by now! Not impressed
