I had a problem finding a specific part for my Mountfield lawnmower. I contacted diyspareparts.com and was lucky enough to deal with Jon. He was incredibly helpful and friendly from the start. Not only was he fast at responding to my queries, but he went above and beyond to track down the part I needed. I was impressed with his correspondence and speed.
