If only I was told.
I recently ordered a part and waited some time for it. After some time passed, I sent out an email to get the status of the order. It took some time for DIY to get back to me. They did respond and explained to me that the part was out of stock. At the time of their response, I no longer needed the part and they cancelled the order and informed me that they would refund me. I received the refund. I can only hope they can overcome the understaff situation as I find them to be an honorable company.
