Excellent customer service
I purchased a set of Kohler pistons and rings from DIY spare parts, once I received the parts and tested the fits I noticed what I thought was a problem with the dimensions of the piston rings. I contacted DIY spare parts and was put into contact with Colin who was extremely understanding of the issue I had and very willing to help get to the bottom of the problem. Quite a bit of time went by with Colin having to go back and forth to Kohler for all relevant information and constantly pushing to get my problem solved. Long story short the dimensions were correct but without the help and support I received from Colin (and possibly others in the team) I would have been completely stuck and wouldn't have got the engine rebuilt for my customer. My experience with DIY spare parts was over and above what I expected, I would highly recommend them for the fair pricing, excellent customer support, excellent ability and willingness to be able to help with problems and to follow the process of buying parts right through to ensuring the customer is extremely happy with the service they have received.
