Quick shipping, great product
Shipping was fast, and prices were great!
Very happy with the product and service. We actually bought the wrong ones and I was able to call and get the RMA as well as get the correct items shipped in the same day. Will be using them again.
Everything delivered on time and as expected
Fast reliable service. All good
Great job! Love when plans come together.
Fast, accurate service
This outfit beat every other firm in price and ease of ordering. Delivery was prompt, and the item was perfect.
Nice, nice, nice.
Good place to deal with. Excellent prices and very fast shipping. Customer support was also very helpful.
Amazing. Just what I needed at an incredible price and fast fast shipping.
Just received my order in the mail today and the large collection of strut brackets look fine. Just took a week for ground shipping. The ordering experience was very good - I was initially charged for expedited shipping because of a PayPal glitch. Just one email and they quickly responded and fixed it up.
The L brackets exceeded my expectations. Were exactly what I was looking for (could not find in any local lumber or hardware store). DSA was a pleasure to work with.
Great products, great price, fast shipping !
Great prices , the service was on top too. Good job A+++.
Shipped the wrong product, was told that right product would ship three days ago, have not received a call back with confirmed shipment after two calls.
Everything is great with product but packaging was not good. Carrier must have taped up torn box. If I ordered anything smaller than the braces, they would have been lost.
The product ordering and delivery were excellent. I was disappointed with the quality of the product from my order on 5/28/2022. The bends in the 2-Hole Standard Pipe Straps 2 inch were difficult to align with the Rectangular Plate 8-Hole Base. The Strap, DSAW783BEG was shaped in an imprecise manner making it difficult to align the strap with the post base. This was different than the same product number I ordered in March. In March, the strap had a very precise bend and aligned very well. The straps may be from a different producer.
