Thank you for terrific customer service. I needed to change the ship to address mid order and your staff handled it perfectly. I received my order where and when I needed it. Thank you. I will definitely use your company on future projects.
seems that the order was not shipped out for over 7days from entering the order, only after i called to inquire did the order actually ship out. *****Follow up**** 10-06-22 Marc the owner reached out to me to explain what happened in person, that is appreciated and I have adjusted the review's rating because of this effort and actions.
Good products
Initially sent wrong part. After reaching out to customer services, the correct part was sent promptly and returning incorrect part was made simple.
Product shipped quickly and received all but one item. Was disappointed with the top spring nuts they were not what I thought. Power strut made a top grip nut which actually worked. It stayed where you put it
No problems with shipping, quality material, very good price.
Got my order of four-hole, 90-deg. strut brackets fast, and at a great price—@ $1.90 each, which can't be beat!
