Avoid this company at all costs. Bought the max tank-14 days later I got a notification it was delivered but I never received. Then submitted a ticket with the HelpDesk and haven’t heard from them in over a week. I’ve called twice to get a refund but they refuse until results of the deliver investigation are complete which they told me could take 3 weeks. It’s been over a month and still no MaxTank or refund. Take your business elsewhere.

Do not use Direct Vapor for your supplies. I never received my products and have had to call their "customer service" several times with them telling me someone would call me back twice. Never happens and I still don't have my refund. Purchased 5/3 its now 6/9. They can track their packages & customer service is non existent.

Not doing this again. I get that a "swipe of the pen" did something to their business which affects their customers' experience. I get that there may be some delays. But after over a month and a half, no product. When I called customer service, I had the pleasure of speaking to someone who should never be in that role telling me that it's my problem now. I was a new customer testing out a new place to buy my products and they talk to customers with the sophistication and tact of a high school dropout over $40? I can go local. You can/should too.

I ordered 2 vape mods and one was defective. I contacted customer service and received a quick response after hours. They offered to replace the defective mod and I didn't even need to return the defective unit. A short time later, I received an email order confirmation. Order is being sent and the whole process took about an hour. Excellent service!

Ordered item and am unable to see shipping details and or talk to a real person to answer my questions. Product late, usps tracking info is stalled at "label made / item unshipped" . The auto bot they have running customer service is useless.

I am absolutely appalled. The 9th rate shipping company direct vapor used, sent an unmarked car with a plain clothed person, to my address, who then refused to deliver the package unless she had a picture of my license using her Cellphone, no looking at it was not enough. Is direct vapor trying to bypass the laws that require claiming what nicotine products are shipped?
