Usually good service, been buying here for a couple years without major issues apart from shipping I live in Cali so the law requires Adult Sig. Not a problem except many times the carrier DirectVape or Others may use is an independent carrier the package gets handed off then the carriers claim multiple delivery attempts were made when they never once showed up, outside of that issue the company itself is fine.
