Dino Decking is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

I phoned up not knowing what I needed. They were helpful and gave me advice. Price was fair and service friendly and efficient. I forgot an item and they sent it free delivery, impressed!

Very helpful lady at the office provided me with a quotation based on my measurements - numbers of boards and beams matched what I had estimated, so a good confirmation. Quotation was adjusted twice after I decided to increase the area covered slightly. Quote comes with a payment link, so ordering against the quotation is very easy. Delivery was very fast, less than 5 days for delivery of all of the decking, beams, trims and fixings. Very helpful and responsive company

1star is generous. They sent me 5 damaged and used posts a week later than expected therefore I had to take time of work. I am still waiting for them to collect them 3 weeks later. I have had to get my credit card section 75 involved customer service is so bad. Worst thing is I have had to cancel my mums 75th birthday celebrations as I have a 4” drop of the balcony where the post should be Shame on you Dino Decking!!! Just wish I’d read reviews before I bought them.
