Dino Decking is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Delivery was on time. Looks very smart when laid. Contact with driver was very satisfactory. Unfortunately would not put decking where I wanted it as said would scratch materials. It is supposed to be scratch resistant so I couldn’t see a problem.

My order didn’t arrive on the date that was specified when I ordered . I was also not informed that it was delayed and had to phone and then email to find out. Once the order came all the items were of good quality and was easy to install

Nice decking & good quality but the colours were sadly not quite right for our project. If you’re looking for Sage Green, they are the only company who does it!

Fast and efficient service -now disappointed. We needed a couple of extra planks and tried to order with their helpline only to be told that the postage would now double to £120. We had to order similar from another company at a far lower charge and express delivery. Very disappointed with the back up service.

From the start : £1,400 worth of composite balustrades and railings. Ordering was easy - Delivery was prompt and delivery driver (Dino's own van) was courteous and obliging. I decided to try and build these myself, rather than getting a professional, but building the railings is a nightmare... no instructions (although i was given a very basic diagram when i emailed and asked). I had to figure out what the spacing was, and measure out all the places where it was to be drilled. Why not either provide a template or even some guidance?? No relevant marks on the rails to help and no YouTube video. Eventually i had to make up a jig, which helped a lot. And when i built the sections up, many of them fell to bits as i moved them into place, as they aren't held together with anything but gravity. Very frustrating. Also be aware that all the supplied screws require a T15 torx bit, rather than a normal phillips. However, after a lot of cursing and a lot of trial and error, i managed to build them and to be fair they do look good, and the final result is ok, but if i had to do it again, i would likely look for an alternative.
