Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

I first saw Dino decking at a pub a couple of years ago. It looked great and when I returned six months later it still looked pristine. I asked for the details and requested a free sample pack. All arrived smartly packaged very promptly, so I placed my order. I’ve had the decking in the garden for four months (not yet fitted!) but it hasn’t weathered at all. Quality is excellent and the fixings are well manufactured and fit well. Great product! Dino hadn’t delivered one bag of the fastenings I ordered, but after leaving a poor review they got in touch and the fixings arrived this morning, express delivery. So I’m happy with the service too. I went back to the pub last week and guess what? The decking still looks perfect! I have another decking project to do in due course and I’ll be ordering from Dino again.
