Dino Decking is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Ordered the sample pack and delivered promptly. Great quality composite fencing by the look of it. I’ll be looking to make a full order in the winter when I can get to my fencing panels without damaging all of the plants in front.

The company are great 👍 from the phone to the delivery. Very helpful on the phone helped with my order what I needed and how much. Delivered on time and even the driver was helpful telling me the best way to fit it thank you

The quality of products is good. The delivery fees is quite high. After paying delivery fees twice for order for the same project for about £600 each time, I was short of 4-5 deckings and wanted them delivered. The delivery fees was too high and customer care refused to discount it on a small order. So it can be a bit counterproductive so bear that in mind before ordering as you can never know exact.
