Dino Decking is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Sent for free composite decking sample packs and catalogue, which arrived promptly. Product looks tremendous and very competitive against rival companies. They also followed up with an email offering a free quote and to answer any questions. Five star service so far!

Excellent price. Very quick delivery. Decking looks the business, time will tell how it weathers over the years. Delivery driver was spot on. Wife was in on her own and he put the decking down the side of the house.

Had two separate orders delivered to a caravan park .Both delivered quickly second was short of 20 joist cradles and had numerous additional items over what I had ordered.spoke to customer support and they sent them next day .can’t fault any part of my experience

I can't believe these guys have so many five star reviews. Poor quality product (actually from same factory in China as many others. But why pay more?). Fixings don't hold boards in place. And there are special place in hell for their customer service team. Just terrible company who doesn't give a heck about their clients.

Quality of product is poor. Purchased Light Grey Stone Composite decking and it stains - badly. Impossible to keep clean and this is from natural elements. Not what you expect to have when you buy composite. Regret not sticking with wood. Customer service suggestions poor.
