Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Company was more than great. I changed dates of arrival a couple of time due to hold up by landscapers.. not a problem. Things arrived on time. Driver was super nice. The walnut was not available so i opted for grey and am very happy that the walnut was oos. The grey is so lovely and will look smashing against the light mustard colour of the house. Fabulous service from Dino Decking… just a pleasure and nothing was any trouble. Thank you. Highly recommend 5*****

Ok product. Clips aren’t great but the issue for me was that some boards are wider than others. Stuck out like a sore thumb to the customer!!!!! Gave her discount. Won’t be using again but can’t totally write it off. It looks okay

Customer service was very helpful and prompt with initial enquiries, ordering and replacing a couple of damaged items. We went for the premium range and are currently in the installation process but so far very happy with what we have received. I'm excited to see the finished product.
