Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Paul from Leicester Came across dino decking while driving on the M40, contacted them for a sample pack this came very quickly, sent my measurements for my garden project and they responded straight away, nothing is to much trouble, excellent communication from there office and accommodated my delivery date I asked for, would highly recommend this company, will review again once project is completed, but big thanks to there office staff and delivery driver

I received a quotation, ref:255217. The cost of materials amounted to £252.35 plus delivery £300.00. I telephoned to query the cost of delivery only to be told that this was correct.....I live in Cornwall !!!

Receiving a free sample helped us immensely having the choice of choosing boxes of a group of colours,once chosen I phoned to to put my order in so I wouldn't get it wrong and the lady helped me so much pointing me in the right direction, once done we received our decking and bits the next day which was a nice surprise, I will definitely recommend Dino to people
