Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Very helpful on the phone, delivery arrived the day after the order went in, delivery driver helpful. Few marks on the decking but nothing major. Overall pleased with the service and product.

Great product and easy to fit, bit disappointed on delivery time. Also asked for an additional 2 plastic rail caps to be added to the order the least that could have been done to allow myself to have these after delivery delay….
