Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

The decking was with me less than 24 hours after I ordered it. The delivery driver was incredibly helpful and I am very pleased with the quality of the decking and value for money. I would highly recommend this company.

I sent for samples from several different decking companies, Dino was the only one received in a decent time span (2 days), and the only one that came with a brochure with full explanatory fitting notes. I also received an email the following day to make sure I had received the samples and did I need any help with planning my project etc. I placed my order on a Friday and it was delivered on the Monday, I was well impressed from start to finish and I 100% recommend Dino Decking to anyone planning a decking project.
