Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

The product quality is good but two of three orders has stock shortage and what's disappointing upon ordering delivery time displayed is still a week so shortage is not reflected. The customer support team aren't sure what they doing. After ringing them a girl tried to help and arrange partial shipment of my order so I could continue with the project where another one after ringing them back states is not doable. Not my issue they sell the stock, which is on the way from China and don't have with them. If I knew there are constant shortage issues I would order from someone else but now cannot Only order from them if you are not desperate to have your stuff on time.

Ordered a free sample pack after reading reviews to make a decision as to whether product was suitable for replacing a solid timber deck. Wasn't disappointed, sample pack arrived within two days and as a result we ordered decking and fixtures based on one of the samples, Ordered on the Wednesday morning and the material, being stock, was delivered to Norfolk at 8:00 am on the next day! Couldn't believe it, great service. Driver was courteous and very helpful in unloading the decking on our drive. Product looks great and good quality. Cant fault Dino Decking. Would highly recommend.
