Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Ordered mid afternoon, delivery was there before I left for work. Driver/delivery man was very helpful and unloaded carefully. Have now put the deck up including two 3m handrails and it looks great. 11m x 3m and better price wise than I could get from the merchants I use all the time. Nice quality even though price was low. Am now going to spring for another two bits of handrail to further enhance the look.

After reading the reviews in here we chose this company. Definitely get the samples first (which are free) as the colour of the composite decking we both instantly discounted looking online was the one we actually chose from them. Delivery charge way less than other companies. Driver broke down but great communication throughout. We live in a terrace house 3 from the end and he even took it around to the garden side before knocking. So kind of him. First class experience.

The final result of my decking looked great however my only draw back is that I would’ve preferred the end trimmings (skirting) to be of longer size and larger so that less lines are visible and wouldn’t need to use too many boards and screws either. Delivery was quick too. Overall I’m very pleased with the look and would definitely recommend Dino decking.

Ordered and received the composite fencing. Website for ordering was easy, clear what additional options were needed. Was able to choose delivery date and address. Fence looks great up. Was done by our landscapers but they said it was easy to put up, all parts there. Cleans well and looks great. Ordered and received the samples before hand too.
