Dino Decking is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

The items are lovely and look great. We only had £300+ BUT, we didn't expect to pay for the courier's overnight stay. An extra £240 for delivery! Which is sadly not refundable. I heard that the other deliveries were £60!! Not happy

I have just purchased composite decking materials from Dino decking and have to say from start to finish of the process the service was excellent. The sample pack, the sales quotations and delivery service were all “spot on “ with everyone in their team being helpful, professional and quick to sort things out. We definitely recommend them.

Decking has been down 4 years. In 2024 various random planks started to crack, 12 months later getting worse and other planks staring to warp and expand. Planks stain easily for example with bird mess.
