Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Ordered on Thursday for delivery on Tuesday. Delivery arrived without side rails, so was useless. I refused the order and the Sales dept. said rails would arrive in 2 days. 7 days later they still don't have the item and say "It should be there by the week-end and they will then arrange delivery". Even if this happened it would be 2 weeks after the original date and the contractors have other work scheduled so I had to cancel the order. Why accept the order when you know you don't have the product and have no real idea when they will arrive?? This company offers £75 to remove a Trustpilot review - I'll be a millionaire by Christmas with their service!!!

Ordered a sample pack from dino decking wow what a great choice of colours I did not think that the wooden deck we have would need to be replaced so quickly it’s only 24 years since it was fitted so thinking ahead plastic is the way forward thanks guys
