Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Late delivery missing items then lied to about delivering the trims 48hr as I rang back and was told they only just come into stock (a day later) leaving the customer without a usable space for their party and me looking stupid

My order was delivered the next day. The man who delivered it could not have been more helpful, and insisted that he unloaded the materials himself into my garden. Dino was the only company I could find who sold reasonably priced composite decking in 4 meter lengths, the product itself is excellent, and my decking looks superb now that it's finished. Highly recommended.

I've just completed the installation of decking from Dino. I had researched a few months ago but only of late was my fitter able to take on the work. The sample pack and accompanying brochure was perfect to get started. The order was expedited very quickly. The product itself is excellent and looks fantastic. Purchased a load of these boards to put onto my new steel gates last August, its been around a year and they have faded so much its insane. I took one of the garage I had spare yesterday and the difference is ridiculous considering the cost. For example, I used a different product for my other gate from Jewson's and it was around the same price (but not tongue and groove) and it hasn't really changed (I keep spares hence I can tell the difference). Genuinely I think that they aren't really worth the money, unless you desperately need a tongue and groove board don't bother or get a higher grade board.
