Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Ordered on a Sunday night,delivered to me by the Tuesday. Unbelievably quick service,driver even put the boards and trims into the garage so my elderly father-in-law didn't have to struggle getting them off the drive. Great product that has made a massive difference to the outdoor space. Second time I've used this company and could not fault them in any way. Will definitely use them again in the future. Easiest 5* review ever 👍

Delivery was prompt and efficient. Decking boards were good. The major problem was the screws supplied in the fixing kit are too short; they are just about ok if you are fixing into a perfect section of timber but this is not always the case. Just make them 10mm longer, problem solved.

Great decking, fantastic service and so pleased with the results..selecting the right size pedestals was a challenge, as it's for an upside down roof, that has fall built in, but overbought a selection and understand they will accept returns on any unused, return postage by me, which works for me...
