Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Good value, quality attractive product, good design, very helpful staff and quick and cheerful delivery (especially considering he was with at 7 a.m.) Only slight issue was that the screen and boards, although both anthracite are 2 very different colours. I guess that's what the sample facility is for.

Used Dino Decking for the first time and very happy with the result. Very good customer service over the phone from knowledgeable staff. The order arrived the next day. All items present and no damage, very well unloaded. My customer is very happy with the finished product as am I. Will certainly be using Dino Decking again.

I recently purchased Dino's decking composite premium fence panels to fit into exiting concrete posts. The samples were speedily dispatched. The panels took longer to arrive than the advertised time frame, but were well wrapped. On receipt of the panels they were easy to fit and look great. I would thoroughly recommend these.

Ordered balustrade components and arrived very quickly. Price was very competitive. Goods arrived, but one was missing, contacted Dino, and they sent the missing items without any fuss. Only negative, is that the balustrade requires full assembly, but there are no instructions provided, and none on line. disappointing, emailed customer service who sent email with brief instruction.
