Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Since my first review I have been able to use the products I purchased, I had 4 6x6 fence panel's to change. The first one I had to cut about 1 cm of each length for it to fit. The following three went up, like a dream about 15 mins per panel, this left me feeling very happy with a job well done. Great service and products.

I requested samples of the composite decking boards and received them in a very time efficient manner, with courier updates along the way. The samples were well packaged, and were as expected. I also received a follow up courtesy email asking if they could be of any further assistance, offer any advice, or help me with a quote for my project. All in all, so far, a very efficient, professional and helpful company. I expect I shall be in touch asap!
