Dino Decking is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Only gave 4 stars as website in stock however delivery delayed as not in stock and Dino was awaiting stock from the supplier so false information. Product however did earn company 4 stars as was very good

I clearly state on emails what hight fence I'm building, also ordered extra channels to cut to desired size. When I added trellis to my order they without telling removed 2 boards from order of each panel. I phone tried to find truth, asked to check emails that I mentioned that my fence will be at least 2.05m. That why I have extra channels. Anyway Lady over phone didn't care too much. She simply said that it's how they do. If you take fence with trellis, we will add 2 boards less. There is nowhere explained clearly. Well it says on page 43 that I can replace boards with trellis, but I cannot because I don't have boards lol. So paid double postage. Because of this , also need to buy 12 boards which they "stole"from me. Invoice not clear. Obviously it says colours, and how many panels, but if it comes in boards you can mention on invoice. If it was there I would definitely triple check that. They asking on email to check if order is all correct but that was impossible. I would recommend buy elswhere where advice are professional and everything explained 100%

I spent best part of £4000 on this product and have experienced exactly the same as other customers, these issues are obviously common place, but dismissed by the company when challenged !! - Extensive fading and discolouring within months of installation - Easily marked, for example if your sitting down and move a chair back to stand up, a normal thing to do, its enough to leave a mark on the decking that doesn't come out ! -The boards were laid by a professional, 70% of the boards split down the middle within 2-3 months, and others have warped considerably. Other customers that have experienced the same (There are more) please find below and read reviews before purchasing, I would hate for anyone else to waste good money on this product !! There are lots of customers that have experienced exactly the same issues I have, exactly the same!! which in my opinion proves this product is not fit for purpose, I would consider any positive review about this product very very cautiously, to have so many customers experiencing exactly the same issues is not normal, and strongly suggests a defective product, in each case the company have simply dismissed the issue?? Im counting my losses and going with Trex, slightly more expensive but a far superior product, as Ive mentioned in my opinion and based on my experienced (which is supported by a number of other customers) do your research, don't make the same mistake I did and waste your hard earned money on this product !!
