Dino Decking is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Very helpful in ordering the decking and price very competitive. Given a delivery date soon after and arrived when expected, and given plenty of warning. Delivery driver very helpful and helped unload the van. Decking looked excellent quality and certainly very sturdy. Have finished laying decking and it looks fabulous. Extremely pleased and would certainly recommend the company.

Everything went well, short delivery time and the driver unloaded. The product is good easy to fit the only problem is the edging strip. not easy to get a good solid fixing

I have used and recommended DINO to many people. On this occasion, I was one deck short and there was no assistance or endeavours to help me or send an extra deck down. They wanted 120 pounds to deliver one deck. The product is excellent but the operator was so rude to me. When they delivered, they were doing multiple deliveries around my town, so they could have charged me a nominal fee. Sometimes it helps to be nice !!
