Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.

Fantastic quality product

Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.

have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Ok purchased over £ 3'500 of the brown composite and I'm going to keep this short AVOID THIS COMPANY THERE PRODUCT IS OF VERY LOW QUALITY cladco decking is do much better and cheaper too. Customers service is terrible it's never there fault There would not even take blame for faulty boards on there truck before they have even been too off.they always blame the installers. Bit NEVER THERE FAULT This had been going on for last 4 months and still not resolved there faulty NOW splitting boards ( even more problems) AVOID AVOID AVOID Take your money no customer service If you have any faulty boards they expect ypu to pay to get the installers back out out your cost not there's to remove the faulty boards and show them with a tape measure only at the customers cost NOT THERES Avoid this company AVOID

Beware if you expect on time delivery or have problems- they will do nothing!

I ordered on Monday 16th June- expected delivery by Friday 20th June. By Thursday 19th I'd heard nothing so I rang in and was told the delivery team would ring me straight back- they didn't but I got an email saying delivery on Saturday 21st. Great I thought. I had a guy coming to fit the decking on Sunday 22nd and had specifically ordered with Dino because of the faster delivery timeframe. Saturday 21st came and went. I have had to pay a £100 cancellation fee to my deck fitter as there was no decking ready to be fitted and he couldn't work. Not his fault. I called Dino decking on 23rd June and yes the driver had called in sick so hence the missed delivery. I asked if my £60 delivery fee would be refunded and the answer is no- it's in the T+C's- you'll get nothing. This is appalling! Deliveries get missed, people get sick but at least do what any decent business would do and refund YOUR mistake. So I am now £100 down - I may as well have paid the higher price for decking locally and actually received the goods on time. I will say the staff in the office have been very pleasant each time I have spoken to them but Dino decking really needs to use some level of judgement and refund delivery costs when appropriate. I hope the decking is at least decent quality when it finally gets here.
