Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

My customer selected Dino decking. If you are looking for a lower cost deck board then this may be a good choice for you, I feel it falls short, make sure you read all the information about the product on their web site before choosing this product. After speaking with their customer service team on different occasions they offered contradicting advice. We had one scratched board which they changed very quickly.

Smooth and fast delivery and quality of products was good. Only gripe was the bullnose features, they do not fix particularly well with the hidden clips.

This is a professionally behaving company with outstandingly good product. I would say that the decking is an above average quality product as a reasonable price. Samples arrived promptly and the sales team worked out how much product I needed and accessories for the given area.

Unfortunately they were out of stock when I placed my order . That said I was kept informed and once it was shipped it arrived swiftly and efficiently . The delivery driver was very polite and helpful. We are very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend them .

Great service, decking arrived within 24 hours of placing order. There was one damaged board so I contacted customer services who responded very promptly offering to replace or refund for the damaged board.
