Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Arrived on time sent out quickly after purchase. Immediate answer to original request. Only criticism I would make is instructions in the boxes would have been nice. Google instructions didn't quite work for me, but got there in the end.

Started well. Order delivered quickly and good product. However, I neede a single end cap costing 72p. After I'd found a way to avoid paying the £4.99 delivery charge(!) it turned out to be a different colour. I wrote to them and they asked for a photo. They then said they needed a photo on the cap next to the decking. They then said that the shades don't always match... At this point I gsve up. All for 72p.
