Beware if you expect on time delivery or have problems- they will do nothing!
I ordered on Monday 16th June- expected delivery by Friday 20th June. By Thursday 19th I'd heard nothing so I rang in and was told the delivery team would ring me straight back- they didn't but I got an email saying delivery on Saturday 21st. Great I thought. I had a guy coming to fit the decking on Sunday 22nd and had specifically ordered with Dino because of the faster delivery timeframe. Saturday 21st came and went. I have had to pay a £100 cancellation fee to my deck fitter as there was no decking ready to be fitted and he couldn't work. Not his fault. I called Dino decking on 23rd June and yes the driver had called in sick so hence the missed delivery. I asked if my £60 delivery fee would be refunded and the answer is no- it's in the T+C's- you'll get nothing. This is appalling! Deliveries get missed, people get sick but at least do what any decent business would do and refund YOUR mistake. So I am now £100 down - I may as well have paid the higher price for decking locally and actually received the goods on time. I will say the staff in the office have been very pleasant each time I have spoken to them but Dino decking really needs to use some level of judgement and refund delivery costs when appropriate. I hope the decking is at least decent quality when it finally gets here.
