Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

A great service from start to finish. Super quick delivery. Great communication from the delivery driver who was so friendly and helpful , a true gentleman. Looking forward to seeing the decking finished now.

Took delivery of over £2k of fencing and the delivery driver dropped it round the rear of our house even when it was stated as a curbside drop. Great service . The product is top quality also .

Great company delivery was really quick 3 days early boards are great solid as a rock only thing I will say is the decking boards clips could do with being metal not plastic like the starter clips
