Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Fairly easy to fit in place of my old wooden fence panels. Replacing panels into the existing concrete slotted posts and gravel boards was very quick although you do need a chop saw with an aluminium cutting blade for the uprights (don't forget your safety goggles). I did not want the top trellis. The top rail is designed for the trellis to fit into. I found it best to turn it upside down otherwise it leaves an untidy large open channel. Due to some posts not being a perfect width across the top I did have to angle grind some pieces out of the top rail. Saying all that I've now got a lasting very smart fence that my cat is annoyed about as it's not as easy to climb. There were a couple of parts missing from the delivery but after calling them the parts were sent by courier and came a day after my call. Very friendly people to deal with. It looks great and a lot of my neighbours are interested. (Retired Builder)

Great service and delivery as we placed the order on Tuesday and it was delivered on Friday. We were called by Andrew the delivery man on Thursday evening with an estimated delivery time and he was pretty much bang on time. A very friendly chap who unloaded all our delivery on to the drive.
