Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Great product and thoroughly recommend it. I got the fence panels to fit existing concrete posts and plinths. Probably better if you are a competent DIY'er as the aluminium side rails need cutting to size for smaller fence heights. Also as the original fence installation wasn't exactly spaced to engineering standards so most panels had to be trimmed (although advice on expansion amount would be helpful). But these panels are great to work with! Another tip is to warm up the protective tape on the aluminium rails (I used a heat gun although a hairdryer would do,) so the tape doesn't leave a sticky residue which is a pain to remove. I was installing in temperature of 2°C. A nice finishing touch would probably a flat top rail if you don't have the trellis top panels. But once fitted he channel on the top rail isn't too visible.
