Dino Decking is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Delivery was excellent, service response excellent However the product is more brittle than others and we have now found splits in the handrail after installation and it was handled well. On my other property I used cladco and have not had an issue, sorry dino not again!

What can I say that hasnt already been mentioned multipul times , Decking boards are super easy to work with and look amazing once finished. Decking 1 is now 12 months old and still looks like day 1 so super happy, Delivery is super quick and Quincy my delivery guy went over and above to ensure my delivery was secured as we were not home when delivery arrived so a massive Thank you :-). Definatly reccomened Dino decking and will always be my first call for decking products.
