Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Fantastic service, as many others have agreed! Sample pack arrived quickly for our composite fencing. Extremely easy to order. The communication was fantastic in terms of delivery dates. We received a delivery date email, and then a call an hour before delivery on the day. Special thanks to our delivery driver who was incredibly helpful, friendly and polite. Fantastic product (yet to be installed) with a promise to rectify any issues which arise. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

The whole process from receiving the samples , ordering the decking and delivery was first class. The extra bonus for me is that the decking is in 4m lengths. Now the decking is laid I am very pleased with the product it looks great.

The product is very good and easy to fit. I had no problems there. However, the customer service, although polite, had to keep chasing them when it passed the delivery date and nothing had arrived. Plus, the £240 delivery charge very steep.

After my second order, I realised that none of the delivery times are correct. If it says DPD next day delivery, you’re looking at 4 to 5 day Wait I ordered on Friday morning it’s still not been picked up by DPD even though they’re saying it was sent yesterday morning, but not been scanned, even though it’s meant to take one day. The first delivery was two days late as well so you’ll probably get your products but don’t expect them to be on time or for them to give a damn when it’s not on time.

5* Excellent. Placed an order one day and it was delivered the very next day. Most importantly it was delivered without any issue at all, taken down the driveway and stacked beautifully. None of this curb side delivery only or dumped on the street. Wonderful service and very impressed with the quality of the cladding boards. Found the installation to be very straightforward once I put the clips on the correct way round and the finished job looks as good as any professional installation. Would definitely recommend Dino Decking, for price, selection, quality and service.
