Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Outstanding Service and Truly Professional Experience – Thank You! We recently purchased composite cladding from this company, and I have to say — the entire experience has been one of the best we’ve had in a very long time. From start to finish, the team has been nothing short of exceptional. The sales staff on the phone were extremely professional, polite, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare these days to come across customer service of this calibre. There was a little confusion with our order — in my opinion, an error on their part — but what truly stood out was how they handled it. They took full responsibility, sorted everything out quickly, and ensured I had the correct parts to complete the job. What’s more, they did so without charging any additional postage or carriage fees. That level of accountability and care is something you don’t see often. I also want to say a very special thank you to the first delivery driver. When he arrived with our cladding, my son — who is autistic — offered to help unload the materials. The way this gentleman treated my son was beyond kind. He was polite, respectful, and incredibly reassuring. He complimented my son throughout, told him he was doing a fantastic job, and took the time to show him the best way to lift and carry things safely. This made such a positive impact on my son, who normally struggles with physical tasks. The delivery driver made him feel capable and proud — and for that, we’re truly grateful. The second delivery driver also deserves a mention for being polite and respectful, leaving everything neatly on the drive. Overall, I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I had a phone call on day of delivery van broke down but that’s why I gave 4 stars delivery next day so it was still quick delivery I have not started project yet so can’t comment on fencing but delivery guy very helpful

The delivery guy was really polite and chatty, he asked me to check the order with him, which I did. Driver stacked all materials on the driveway in a neat manner, I couldn’t fault him, excellent service. When it came to using the materials my builder said it was the best that he had ever used, brilliant price and a brilliant service.
