Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Decking and battens etc. arrived promptly and driver helped to stack it on the drive. Easy to cut with a power mitre saw although get a few minor chips on the edges when I mitred the corners. The bull nosed edging provides a clean smooth edge eliminating trip hazards especially if you go for a different colour to the deck. I had to overcome a few issues with attaching the hidden 8mm clips to the sides of the deck for the edging as they don’t fit the same as the 6mm clips in the helpful videos. By trimming some of the plastic off the clip I was able to make them fit. I am happy with the finished result and have had many positive comments.

I bought decking boards from Dino about 4 years and had to lift and re-lay some because of a tree root. I had a problem with the new style composite decking clips which I purchased to re-lay some the boards. I returned these to Dino decking and within a few days received a refund. Great customer service.
