Dino Decking is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

The decking boards arrived on the day stated and fortunately for me. at a suitable time as i was working in the morning. The driver was very helpful, dropping off at the back of the house. Put the first halve of the decking down today, easy to lay and much better than drilling through traditional decking boards, and it looks brilliant. Will be getting the railings and posts next year to finish it off. Well pleased with the product and would recommend to anybody who wants to cut out the yearly repaint and maintenance of traditional decking boards.
