Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

So Surely the first most important thing with any company is good communication I wasn't to sure about a few things re fitting ect so i put a few e mails together Absolutely no reply It wasn't.until I rang them a few days later and spoke to person I felt that he seemed pretty vague on the product fitting side and fitting of the posts ect This was my 3rd e mail about different things it may have been that it was getting close to there closing time My e mail Hi Your Web is so difficult there is no in depth information to help us Firstly We want buy off you. First question. I see that you can sink side black uprights into ground can we sink them into concrete???? So item 1. I require Stone colour. Fence height = 2.1 mtr x 3 off No trellis ADVISE LENGHT OF SINK IN ON UPRIGHTS ?? Item 2. Stone colour Fence height = 1.8 mtr x 3 off No trellis ADVISE LENGHT OF SINK IN ON UPRIGHTS Item 3. Stone colour Fence height = 1.8 mtr x 3 off Trellis yes Question If I ordered say 1.8 mtr Fence with trellis Would the total height be 1.9mtr Regards That was my last mail Shame the product looks good and you want to order.
