Dino Decking is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Advice from sales staff and this was backed up by quick delivery. The delivery driver made sure the items were easily accessible for me and followed up on the advice from the sales staff making sure I understood how to deal with the product. Product installation made much easier by the advice and it looks great

Fantastic service, from start to finish. Real quality product, very pleased with the new composite fence, and very easy installation. Delivery guys were great, kerbside delivery, but helped me get the full delegate I needed it at the back. Would definitely use again.

AVOID, ordered 4 ft fence which is 920mm high, they gave us 1.8m posts and said to cut in half (they are not long enough for that). First customer services person was difficult, second was well aware of the issue (then why send out inadequate posts in the first place!) they sent new posts but took 2 weeks to deliver them (only after wasting time to constantly chase them to send them). Additionally the metal bar above the boards is not cut accurately, 80% of the panels require the recessed sides of the horizontal top bar to be modified using an angle grinder. Not what you would expect for this high price range. Once you get it in, it looks nice. However, it is not a seamless install, there is poor attention to detail and customer service is lacking, spend your money with another provider.

Order went well but was misinformed about were delivery would be left/delivered. After a phone call I was then informed that they wouldn't take it into my back garden only my front. Luckily the delivery driver took pitty on me and took it into the back garden which I was very grateful for. Id give all my stars to just him if I could. Going above and beyond that's what makes a business thrive. Product seems very good quality but it's not down yet.

We love our new composite fence panels from Dino Decking. We love the quality and the graphite colour that we chose. The whole system was so easy to install after setting in the concrete posts. We had great service from Dino Decking and delivery by their own transport was super fast. Many thanks
