Dino Decking is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

I had light grey decking installed and then put in the balustrade. I used black posts with light grey rails. I then put an anthracite edging strip all around. This set up makes it all absolutely perfect and everyone who visits loves it.

An initial delivery issue was quickly resolved but did mean taking another day off work to meet the driver. Driver was very helpful though and 10/10 for his effort and service. Decking itself is very high quality and looked superb once fitted. Biggest issue were the hidden fixings supplied - these were not up to standard and many stripped out when tightening. They should also be longer so that they grip the bearers better.

I asked for a sample pack of Dino Decking's Composite Decking and it was delivered within 48 hours along with their catalogue. The product quality is excellant the colour choices and finishes are outstanding. I just need to work out the exact measurements of our existing woodern deck before placing an order.

Installed the decking it looked great. Lasted about 18 months and then noticed some of the decking boards had warped and the same with the fascia boards. Contacted Customer Services following the winter. Waited for a response having contacted them multiple times with no feedback. Finally came back to say it was installed incorrectly even though I had stated that it was installed within the tolerances and showed photographic evidence. Obviously the 10 year warranty is worthless.

Samples arrived in 2 days, they look amazing. Great choice of colour & quality looks brilliant. Great customer service….i received a follow up email regarding arrival of samples & was offered a free quote. Definitely recommend to friends & family 5 🌟 stars for product & service so far
