Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

This company's composite decking product is not fit for purpose. It warps and splits. We had over two thousand pounds worth of materials for two decks laid just under three years ago and over ten per cent of the boards have split, some of them really badly. As new splits now seem to be appearing daily, we asked our contractor to take this matter up with Dino to get replacement boards and edge trim which also splits. He went to the store - nobody to speak to - everything is remote. He had to ring "upstairs" and after speaking to someone he was told he needed to upload a video of the damaged boards which he did a week ago. They said they would have to look into it under warranty - which means we are left with a totally unsatisfactory deck with bits missing. One week later still no response from Dino. So much for their ten year warranty. Appalling customer service. Looks like we will have to contact trading standards. Do not buy the rubbish from this company. We are local - only a couple of miles away from their unit - you would think it would be so simple to rectify but alas no. Heaven knows how people living further away would go on in the case of a faulty product!

Items delivered on time. Slight error with order, in that a couple items missing but the delivery guy sorted delivery of the additional items and they quickly arrived soon after via parcelforce. Fence looks very good and support also excellent.

Easy to order, and a good price compared to some I looked at. I have never fitted these before but, i did surprised myself how easy to install they were. Solid frames and boards. Great service and advice from the lady on the phone. I would use Dino again and I would recommend them.
