It's been great as I had spoken to Tania who was really helpful and explained everything clearly, and made everything clear for me. It was easier to speak to her and ask her questions.

So I first saw dial claim on TikTok and I was scared to contact them but when I did, I speak to a very nice young lady her name is Tanya. She is so wonderful and she reassure me that everything will be okay and she helped me.

A gentleman called Alex assisted me and guided me through to make my claim. He was extremely helpful and mindful of the disrepair to my home. At every stage he outlined what to expect and I was then able to move through the claim process successfully. I would highly recommend Alex for his caring approach and diligence in his work.
